Return Policy

Loressia is committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of every customer. Should a purchase not meet expectations, customers are entitled to return eligible items within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period to request a return authorisation. Upon approval, customers will be provided with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for Returns

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back to Loressia within 30 days of the date of return authorisation.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return arises from an error on the part of Loressia.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Personalised items
  • Items returned without their original jewellery tags
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or modified
  • Items provided as replacements or exchanges

Damages and Defects

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon receipt. In the event that an item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact our customer service team immediately so that the matter may be assessed and appropriately resolved.

Exchanges

Loressia does not process direct exchanges. The recommended course of action is to initiate a return for the original item and, upon approval of the return, to place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Customers will be notified by email once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the return meets the applicable conditions and is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that additional processing time on the part of the customer's bank or card provider may apply.
