Domestic Shipping
- Standard and express shipping options are available for all orders.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.
- Upon dispatch, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the progress of their delivery.
- Delivery times are subject to the selected shipping method and the customer's location. Standard shipping has an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days; express shipping of 3–10 business days.
International Shipping
- Loressia offers international shipping to a selection of countries.
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can result in delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
- Customers bear full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the customs authority of the destination country. Loressia exercises no control over such charges and is not in a position to estimate their amount.

Order Tracking
- Upon dispatch of an order, customers will be provided with a tracking number by email, enabling them to monitor the status of their delivery.

Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order within 15 minutes of placement by selecting the Cancel Order button in the order confirmation email. A cancellation confirmation email will be issued upon successful cancellation.
- Loressia's Customer Support team is not able to process cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Once the 15-minute cancellation period has elapsed, cancellation is no longer possible, as the order will have entered the fulfilment process. Should a customer no longer wish to retain the order, it may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
